Project Manager – South Bend, INThe Project Manager is responsible for being the client's project champion and partner at Abonmarche and ensuring the Client's goals and schedules are met while coordinating with Abonmarche staff and schedules in a profitable manner.Responsibilities & DutiesPrepares proposals, contracts, and subcontractsEstablishes project deadlines and tracks progress and follow up on all aspects of a project (deadline, permits, etc.) as well as provides weekly and/or monthly status reportsLeads kick off meetings, progress meetings, and client meetingsWorks with Business Development to identify, evaluate and pursue opportunitiesWorks with team members as well as other technical staff to establish team roles, project schedule, and budget for new projectsMonitors project budgets and scope of workReviews plans, reports and other work product to confirm that they meet the client's needsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringRegistered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana5+ years of experience in civil engineeringExperience in a project manager role for any of the following types of projects is preferred: municipal, roadway reconstruction, sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, trails, traffic signals, site design for residential, commercial, educational, and industrial projectsSelf-motivated and able to work independently or with a teamGood verbal and written skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Suite programsEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled#J-18808-Ljbffr
