Job OverviewMissionHires is partnering to hire a Civil Engineer / Project Manager (Eng V) for our Dallas Urban Development practice. The ideal candidate is a Texas-registered PE with 8–10 years of civil design experience (2+ years PM), proven client leadership, and hands‑on delivery of urban development projects.
