Position Summary:
Serves as a primary source for technical level engineering on private development plan review including but not limited to, design of water, wastewater, and drainage utilities. This position reviews both capital and private development projects for conformance with adopted codes and statutes.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; preferably with experience in water, sewer, and storm water modeling; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
Licensing, Certification, and Other Requirements:
Possess a valid Arizona driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire; Preferred - possess registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona.
