Civil Engineer$70,000 - $150,000 per year | Spokane, WA | On‑Site | PermanentJob OverviewProvide design and permitting for a range of civil engineering projects including site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater treatment and conveyance, water and sewer, roadway, pump station, and force main design. Work directly with the project manager and coordinate with team members to deliver timely and efficient technical support.ResponsibilitiesDesign and permit construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater treatment and conveyance, water and sewer, roadway, pump station, and force main.Provide technical and design services in support of civil engineering projects, reporting directly to the project manager.Communicate and coordinate technical evaluations and designs, produce reports in technical writing format, and correspond with other team members to complete work efficiently.Coordinate project submittals, facilitate regulatory agency approvals, and obtain construction permits.RequirementsBachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.Professional Engineering License required.Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required; Hydraflow Storm Sewer, Hydrograph, and WaterCad preferred.Strong communication and writing skills.Experience with design of land development projects preferred.Equal Opportunity EmploymentJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
