Job Overview As a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Oklahoma City, OK office, you will manage project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. From an urban redevelopment site, industrial sites, to a new school project, you'll take part in managing projects, quality control, client interfacing, budgeting, and mentoring and supervising junior engineers.In managing junior engineers, you will review the design aspects which will include site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. Interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials, you'll impact the whole project—from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to the grand opening.Key Responsibilities Manage project teams and oversee project execution.Perform quality control and client interfacing.Control budgeting and mentoring/supervising junior engineers.Review design aspects including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality BMPs, and utilities.Guide projects through conceptual and design phases, regulatory review, bidding, construction, and grand opening.Qualifications 8+ years experienceBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineering License (P.E.)Experience developing and mentoring staffDemonstrated experience with providing a technical review of Civil Engineering deliverable(s)Experience preparing proposals and managing project executionExperience interfacing with clients, network, and developing businessBenefits CEC offers a matching 401(k), profit sharing, a performance bonus, company stock, medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, tuition assistance, professional development, and work‑life balance.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement CEC is an equal opportunity.
