Reviews and approves designs, drawings, and technical documents for projects in extreme climates.
Provides guidance, training, and mentorship to other engineers on complex structural issues.
Participates in project meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to improve designs.
Leads inspections and assessments of bridges and other structures to ensure safety and compliance.
