Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures
- Effective communication, leadership, and client relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility and demonstrate leadership growth
- Awareness of project budgets and profitability
- Familiarity with U.S. and local design codes and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Licensed PE in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency or knowledge in Civil 3
