Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and supervise projects for private land development.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Create and implement construction plans, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with CAD Technicians, engineers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
• Highly Proficient in Civil3D/AutoCAD and other design software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil engineering.
• Experience in designing site development projects.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in using Civil 3D.
• PE License Prefered
