The ideal candidate is technically skilled with a passion for design in programs such as AutoCAD Civil3D, Mike+, and ArcGIS.This position is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely part of the week. Candidates must be available to commute to the Vancouver office as required.Key Responsibilities Meaningfully contribute to the planning, design, and construction administration of civil engineering projects.Perform design level tasks working in sync with CAD operators.Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure project success.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to align expectations and deliver results.Provide oversight for construction sites, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.Drive innovation to enhance the effectiveness and community impact of engineering solutions.Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license, with ability to obtain Washington and Oregon licensure within 6 months of hireExperience with public works and capital facilities projects (water or sewer project experience preferred)Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, WWHM2012, and HydroCADStrong understanding of design and construction principlesExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsPreferred 5+ years of professional civil engineering experienceProficiency in Mike+, ArcGIS, and project management softwareDemonstrated passion for advancing water and infrastructure projects that benefit communitiesBonusHybrid remote schedule and flexible work arrangementsRetirement plan with 5% employer matchPaid time off and paid holidaysProfessional development support, including continuing education and conference participationOpportunities for leadership growth within a supportive, family-oriented cultureJackson Civil is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
