Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering design.
Must have working proficiency in Civil 3D
Exposure to permitting and permit processes.
Should have and display strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communications with department members, higher management, and clients.
Perform 3D modeling.
Assist in creation of contract drawings

The position can be remote or near the client's office. Remote position is justified because the role does not require client- and contractor-face-to-face interaction, and coordination on the project is already executed remotely.
Conversion after six months would be ideal.
