Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years working as a civil engineer or engineering lead at a major firm, construction company, or public infrastructure agency.
Direct ownership of large-scale infrastructure designs or construction project delivery.
Fluency in civil engineering tooling and methodologies, plus understanding of regulatory approvals and public agency oversight.
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
Experience in rubric, engineering-training curriculum, or design documentation authorship.
