Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE), Land Development, Fort Worth, TX Halff is seeking a Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to join our expanding Land Development team as a Project Manager out of our Fort Worth, TX office location. In this role, you will lead and manage land development projects, delivering light industrial and office/warehouse developments, as well as commercial and residential subdivisions. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of project management experience in land development engineering plus a strong technical background and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
