Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of the project
• Ensure projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Oversee project team members and provide guidance and support
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
• Prepare and review project proposals, reports, and technical specifications
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in project management within the civil engineering sector
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred
