We seek a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented professional to manage engineering projects and client relationships across municipal water and sewer projects, local roads, and site design.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead technical municipal engineering project activities focused on water systems, utilities, and roadway designServe as client contactLead, coordinate, and build teamwork among other members in all necessary disciplinesDeliver projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitmentsWork closely with relevant permitting agenciesDevelop technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering designsLead proposals and development of scope, schedule, and budgetEstablish objectives and provide performance feedback for project team membersRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) License in South CarolinaMinimum of 2 years of experience with direct client contact and project managementMinimum of 5 years of experience leading technical teams and conducting hands‑on engineering including design, reports, and feasibility studies for municipal engineering projectsPreferred Qualifications10+ years of experience planning, designing, and constructing public utility projectsAll Foth Companies are equal‑opportunity employers, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
