The role also involves training and mentoring junior staff, managing workload for the team, and leading engineering and production through planning and design of civil projects.ResponsibilitiesReceive broad guidance from senior‑level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution.
