Job Description
- Supervise and manage construction site operations to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to construction teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations at all times.
- Conduct inspections and address any on-site issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and addressing any concerns on-site.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role in the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and ensure project success.
- Ability to interpret and work from construction plans and blueprints.
