Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 DOE

We are hiring an experienced Civil / General Construction Project Manager & Estimator to manage heavy civil and general construction projects from bid through completion. This is a senior, hands-on role for a construction professional who values accountability, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through closeout including budget, schedule, and change orders
- Prepare detailed estimates by reviewing plans, specifications, site conditions, and subcontractor pricing
- Track project costs and approve invoices
- Coordinate subcontractors and internal trades
- Collect and review daily reports, photos, and safety documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations
- Maintain strong client relationships and job site communication
- 20+ years of heavy civil or general construction experience
- Project management experience required; estimating experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
