Assistant Project Manager – Civil Land Development
Salary: Up to $90,000 (flexible based on experience)
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our growing Civil Land Development team. This role is ideal for a civil engineering professional who enjoys managing projects, collaborating with clients, and supporting the successful delivery of land development projects from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing civil land development projects from planning through completion.
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and internal project teams.
Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare and modify engineering drawings and designs.
Mentor junior staff and provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
4+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land development.
Previous project management experience is required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
