LaBella is currently seeking a Project Manager in Civil Engineering in our Land Development Group in our Winston-Salem, NC office. Job DutiesIndependently manage Land Development Civil Engineering projects from start to finish with a team of junior engineers.Includes overseeing the preparation of Civil Engineering Site Plans from conceptual design through construction documents. Includes preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. Project management responsibilities include client interaction, meeting attendance, mentorship of junior level staff, preparation of professional service proposals, preparation of request for proposals, coordination with Architects and MEP engineers, attendance at public presentations, project invoicing, agency approvals.
