This AV rated national firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience preferably in First-Party property or general liability defense litigation.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct Site inspections.
Handle their own caseload.
Build relationships with clients.
Document summaries
Mediation, deposition, and trial preparation
Qualifications:
Must have 1-5 years of experience
Must be member of the Florida Bar.
Must be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Must have superior oral and written advocacy skills
Must have excellent and effective communication skills
Must have a strong work ethic
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
Must be able to handle a caseload from inception through trail
