    Civil Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
    • 3-6 years of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, civil litigation, or related areas of law.
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients.

    Civil Litigation Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies.
    • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
    • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial.
    • Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
    • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to clients.
