Civil Litigation Associate Qualifications
— Proficiency in the full litigation lifecycle, including drafting substantive motions (MSJs/MTDs), taking and defending expert and party depositions, and appearing in court for first or second-chair trial proceedings or evidentiary hearings.
— Strong legal writing skills with experience in substantive motion practice.
— Admitted and active member of the New York State Bar.
