A prominent and highly respected California law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense Attorney to join its downtown Los Angeles office. What You'll Do:
- Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
- Develop legal strategies and work closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes
- Appear in court and represent clients in hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple California offices on strategy, resources, and case support
- Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and results
What They're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience or related litigation background
- Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
- Ability to independently manage files while working effectively within a team environment
- Motivated professional seeking growth within a respected statewide firm
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $110,000 – $165,000+, depending on experience
