General Civil Litigation Attorney

A Boston-area law firm is seeking an experienced General Civil Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently and is looking for flexibility, reasonable billable expectations, and meaningful incentive compensation.

Practice Areas

The position focuses primarily on tort law, with additional work in:

• Insurance coverage disputes

• Real estate litigation

• Business and commercial litigation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience

• Strong background in tort litigation

• Experience handling insurance coverage, real estate disputes, and/or business litigation is preferred

• Ability to run cases independently, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances

• Massachusetts bar admission in good standing

• Strong writing, analytical, and client-management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range:$125,000–$160,000, depending on experience

• 25% origination bonus on cases brought into the firm by the attorney
