Overview Immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney with at least 3+ years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience for a multi-state litigation firm. This position is for the firm's office in Farmington Hills. This is a hybrid schedule that allows attorneys to work remotely from home part of the week.Responsibilities Litigation work in Insurance Defense, including handling a file from beginning to end.Manage a full caseload as a self-starter.Experience handling mediations and taking depositions.Develop and embrace client relationships; communicate with clients frequently and directly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; accurately report time.Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Michigan with 3+ years of Insurance Defense litigation experience.JD from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to the Michigan bar; strong academic credentials.Experience handling mediations and depositions.Self-starter capable of managing a full caseload.Book of business appreciated but not required.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and maintain professional relationships.Salary commensurate with experience, as well as portable business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
