Job DescriptionImmediate opening for a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of Insurance Defense and/or Workers' Compensation Defense Litigation experience for highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. Even better, this law firm will be offering a hybrid schedule that offers attorneys the ability to work remotely from home part of the week.Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana and have 3+ years of insurance defense, workers' comp litigation and/or personal injury defense experience.Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA‑accredited law school, be admitted to the Indiana bar, and a proven track record in:Insurance Defense and/or Workers' Compensation Defense litigation;Prior experience handling a file from beginning to end;A self‑starter capable of handling a full case load;Experience handling mediations and taking depositions;Embracing and developing client relationships;Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients;Excellent verbal and written skills; andAccurately report time.Book of business appreciated but not required!Salary commensurate with experience, as well as portable business.
