About the Opportunity
A fast-growing law firm with a strong national reputation in first-party insurance claims is expanding into Colorado. We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to kick off the growth of the new office. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the firm’s presence in Colorado while advancing your career with a team-oriented and growth-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.
- Manage all stages of litigation, from client consultation through trial or settlement.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Appear in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and develop effective case strategies.
Qualifications- Must be based in or near Denver, CO.
- Active member of the Colorado Bar.
- 3–5+ years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on first-party property insurance claims.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and provide 3 professional references.
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $80,000 – $150,000 (flexible depending on experience)
- Bonus and commission potential: $100,000 - $250,000+ annually
