Civil Litigation Attorney

A boutique civil litigation firm in Greenville seeking an associate attorney to represent individuals statewide in plaintiff’s personal injury, workers’ compensation, and family court matters; JD and state licensure required,  previous litigation experience (3–5 preferred but not required). This role offers hands‑on case responsibility from intake through resolution, close mentorship with experienced litigators, direct client contact, and meaningful courtroom and negotiation experience in a collaborative small‑firm environment.
