CIVIL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Schedule: MondayFriday | 100% in-office Comprehensive benefits package available. Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Take and defend depositions and participate in mediation and settlement negotiations
Prepare for and attend hearings, court appearances, and trial proceedings
Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis and recommendations
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with partners and litigation support staff to drive case progress and results
Qualifications
210 years of litigation experience required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Professional, proactive, and comfortable working fully onsite
