We handle a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, with a focus on real estate, construction, business, employment, land use, municipal issues, and wills/trusts disputes. • 3 - 8 years of civil litigation experience in Virginia.
• A Virginia law license in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
• Proven experience handling cases in Virginia state and federal courts.
• Ability to manage cases independently as well as work collaboratively with co-counsel and team members.
• A high level of organization and initiative.
