Pay: $105,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Location: On-site in Mankato, Minnesota, with future hybrid flexibility available for experienced attorneys who live within a reasonable commuting distance. New attorneys and those without private practice experience should expect to work primarily in the office.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota and in good standing. Strong writing skills and client advocacy abilities are essential. A writing sample will be required during the hiring process.

• Job Description
• Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Manage client communications and provide practical legal guidance.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areas.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Minnesota Bar license and in good standing.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Private practice experience preferred.
• Experience with civil litigation, employment law, creditor/debtor rights, real estate, or trusts, wills, and probate is a plus.
• Attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
