What You’ll Do:
Manage a diverse caseload involving general liability, premises liability, commercial disputes, construction defect, and insurance defense.
Handle all phases of litigation, including strategy, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys while also maintaining autonomy over your matters.
Communicate with clients regularly and maintain high standards of service.
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of litigation experience.
Skilled in discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable.
Licensed to practice in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).
