Can be remote if needed.Experience and Skills Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on asbestos litigation, toxic-tort defense, or products liability.Responsibilities Develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies and handle all phases of asbestos and exposure-related litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.Qualifications Licensed to practise in Rhode Island. An additional license in Connecticut or Massachusetts is a big plus.Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $210,000 annually .
