Location: Salt Lake City, Utah – Hybrid schedule offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with our litigation team.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Utah and have litigation experience. We are especially interested in attorneys with approximately 2+ years of civil litigation experience, though strong junior and more experienced attorneys will also be considered.

Job Description
- Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
- Manage written discovery, depositions, and case preparation.
- Appear in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal guidance.
- Contribute to business development efforts while growing your own practice over time.
Qualifications
- Active Utah Bar license.
- 1+ years of litigation experience required.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong courtroom presence and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a collaborative environment.
- Professional, client-focused approach with sound judgment.
