Civil Litigation Attorney – San Antonio, TX

I am working directly with the leadership of a well-established Texas litigation firm that is seeking to add a Civil Litigation Attorney to its growing practice.

This is an opportunity to join a respected litigation platform handling sophisticated defense matters involving catastrophic injury, transportation, professional liability, product liability, commercial, and complex civil litigation matters throughout Texas.

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

What We Need

• Years of experience may vary from 3 to 10+ years
• Experience handling civil litigation matters involving transportation, professional liability, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, or related disputes
• Ability to independently manage litigation files from inception through resolution
• Experience taking depositions, attending hearings, drafting motions, and participating in mediation strategy
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Trial experience or significant courtroom exposure is highly preferred
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
