Job Description

Civil Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal with strong drafting skills and a solid understanding of Florida litigation procedures.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Strong civil litigation experience with the ability to independently draft pleadings and discovery
  • Working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Experience calculating deadlines and managing litigation calendars
  • Florida e-Filing Portal experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 4-year degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation professional who is organized, self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of their workload.
