Provide on-site engineering support across utilities, roadway, and site development activities. Coordinate daily with contractors, superintendents, and project teams to support execution of work. Interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals to guide field activities and resolve discrepancies. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing practical, compliant solutions in real time. Support verification of materials, installation methods, and system performance. Act as a key liaison between design engineers, project management, and field teams.
