Track project cost data, procurement logs, and schedule milestones alongside PMs and Superintendents.

Support quality assurance processes, material testing, and punch list resolution.

Maintain accurate daily reporting including logs, photos, and meeting notes.

Promote clear communication and alignment between project teams, clients, and governing agencies.

Uphold safety and environmental compliance in accordance with project-specific and LEMOINE standards.

    Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

1-3 years of construction experience, preferably on heavy civil or public infrastructure projects.

Working knowledge of site utilities, concrete structures, earthwork, or drainage systems is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or HCSS is preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Attributes

Passion for building civil infrastructure that supports communities and public resilience.

Interest in cross-training in estimating, scheduling, and field supervision.

Willingness to work in the field and adapt to varying site conditions.

    What We Offer

A clear career path into Project Management, Field Supervision, or Preconstruction.

Mentorship in industry-leading civil construction practices.

Competitive compensation and full benefits including health, 401(k), PTO, and tuition assistance.

The opportunity to work on impactful, high-profile public and infrastructure projects.

    Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
