We have an opportunity for a driven and curious Project Engineer focused on site civil design to support our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainable design, building and maintaining client relationships, and directing quality management processes to ensure work remains on track, within scope, and on budget. This role includes delegating tasks to engineering support staff, leveraging team members' strengths for successful project delivery. At Sherwood Design Engineers, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $112,000 to $137,000.
