Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or required. 7+ years of progressive civil engineering and project management experience. Strong background in land development, municipal engineering, site development, transportation, or infrastructure projects. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technical teams. Strong knowledge of New Jersey permitting processes and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.| Location | Collingswood, NJ |
