Civil Project Manager

If so, we want to meet you! The Crossroads Group, LLC is growing and has a current opening for Civil Project Manager at our Hamburg Location (must live in or near Hamburg, PA). TCG's Land Development and Engineering department specializes in site design layout including proposed road layout, lot/pad grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, as well as obtaining all applicable development approvals and permits. TCG's service range extends throughout all of Pennsylvania.

Qualifications:

• A Great Attitude
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• EIT or PE is preferred, but not required
• Applicant should have strong management skills.
• Flexibility in working individually and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills (listening, writing and verbal)

Civil Project Manager Job Description:

• Work from our Hamburg, PA office.
• Experienced (5-15 years)
• Client Management experience
• Must be willing to achieve a high competency in the following engineering areas:
• PADEP NPDES permitting
• Municipal and County Land Development permitting
• PennDOT design and requirement standards
• Municipal/State Stormwater Design standards
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
• Maintain good time management skills
