Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Lead project planning, procurement, and subcontractor management activities. Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within budget and on schedule. Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, permits, and closeout packages. Track project financials, including cost reporting, billing, and revenue forecasting. Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to support team development.
