Civil Project ManagerBolton & Menk is looking to add a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team.LocationNorth Carolina – Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, Kinston, Holly Springs, Wake ForestSouth Carolina – Rock Hill, Greenville, Myrtle Beach, ConwayResponsibilitiesResponsible for the management, planning, budgets, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues.Conduct technical analysis and documentation.Engage in public outreach, business development, and client communication.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited college.Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.Effective supervisory and team‑leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software.Valid driver's license.Equal Employment OpportunityBolton & Menk is an Equal Employment Opportunity / affirmative action employer, including disability and veterans.
