An industry-leading engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, and land use planning is seeking a Civil Project Manager to help them exceed client needs through superior quality and innovation at their Woodinville, WA or Tumwater, WA office.
Your Day Includes
- Managing design and technical staff to ensure project success.
- Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and financial management.
- Leading business development efforts and client management.
- Designing site grading, stormwater, sewer, and water systems.
- Preparing reports, specifications, proposals, and project documentation.
Must Haves
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field (MS or MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of civil project management experience with private projects.
- Washington State PE License (multi-state preferred).
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
