Opportunity

This is not just another entry-level engineering position; it is a launchpad for a career that makes a tangible difference in the world around you. With a confidential leader in civil engineering consulting, you will help shape communities through land development and site design. Every day offers a chance to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that transform raw land into functional, livable spaces.

You will dive into the full cycle of civil site projects-from initial concept sketches to final construction documents. Working on residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and institutional campuses, you'll see how your designs become roads, utilities, and stormwater systems that people rely on. This hands-on involvement builds a deep understanding of the entire development process, setting you up for long-term success in the industry.

We're looking for someone who is curious, meticulous, and ready to absorb knowledge from a team of seasoned professionals. If you love solving puzzles about water flow and grade changes, and you thrive when balancing multiple assignments, you'll feel at home here. You don't need a decade of experience; you need a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, the drive to master Civil 3D, and the humility to learn from every project and every teammate.

If you're ready to move beyond classroom theory and into meaningful, practical work that shapes the Pennsylvania landscape, this is your moment. Our confidential client offers a competitive salary, a mentorship-rich environment, and a clear growth track for early-career engineers. Take the next step and apply now-your first site design project is waiting.
