Civil Site Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Site Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of projects ranging from small to large in various civil categories, including multi-use, residential, commercial, and educational developments. This position involves researching state and local design standards, coordinating with contractors and clients' engineering staff, and assisting with the development of site design plans and studies.

Responsibilities:

• Research state and local design standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients' engineering staff.
• Assist in developing site design plans and studies, including grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and utility plans.
• Support Project Managers and Project Engineers with various development and site design engineering projects.

Qualifications:

• PA E.I.T. preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience in land development and site work.
• Knowledge of stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, and utility design.
• Experience with regulatory permitting and zoning approvals.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
