Travel to Greenville, SC, and other EPCM locations is required as needed for project support, following the client's travel policy.Pay Rate: $60–$80/hour (Based on Experience)Schedule: 40 hours/week; OT may be requiredMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited programMinimum 8 years of relevant work experience in design engineering within the industrial sectorMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the futurePreferred QualificationsProfessional Engineer (P.E.) licensurePrior experience as a Project Manager on single-discipline projectsPrior experience as a CSA lead on major capital projectsResponsibilitiesSupervise engineering staff on industrial projects ranging from small to large capital sizeAssemble and review bid packages for civil/structural work scopesProduce estimate-level preliminary designs and material take-offs appropriate to the project estimate levelDevelop conceptual layouts and cost studies to determine the most efficient engineering approachPerform field work to gather relevant project data and provide construction support as requiredCheck calculations performed by other engineers for code conformance, specification compliance, and sound engineering practiceIndependently apply knowledge to develop and continuously improve the CSA department quality program; establish related processes, provide guidance, and support continuous improvement and change management effortsTechnical RequirementsProficiency with applicable engineering codes, including IBC, AISC, ASCE, and ACIExperience with civil/structural analysis software; RISA 3D and RISA Foundation preferredProficiency with CAD software and Microsoft OfficeSirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
