Overview Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd., a Keller company, is an established post-tension company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our eight facilities in the US. We are looking for a Professional Engineer or EIT to join our team. Responsibilities Lead in the design of multifamily foundations & residential single family home foundationsFunctioning as an internal liaison on constructability issues, design changes, construction problems, and other implementation issues that arise during the construction processPrepare repair procedures for damaged concrete/post-tensioning as neededOversee inspections of foundations and prepare inspection reports as needed Qualifications BS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline2-5 years’ experience preferredMultifamily foundation design and construction knowledge is requiredKnowledgeable in building construction and construction sequencing along with knowledge in both ACI and IBC requirements is idealMust be eligible to take the FE/PE examsMust have a strong team-building personality, and proficient in verbal and written communicationsSoftware experience required: GTK PTISlab, Enercal, RISA, AutoCADConsulting experience a plus Additional Information Salary Range: $90,000+ per year Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by lawBenefits:401(k) + matching Health, Dental, Vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off (PTO)Holiday PaySuncoast is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
