Description
- Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are archieved.
- Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Coordinate projects activities within the Civil/Structural Engineering group while collaborating effectively with other engineering disciplines.
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineering staff
- Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to ensure successful project execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Mid to senior level experience in civil and/or structural engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, design practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorties.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across engineerong disciplines and communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
