Job Description
Civil / Structural Superintendent
Reporting to the Senior Superintendent, the Civil / Structural Superintendent will oversee all field operations related to sitework, foundations, concrete, structural systems, and building dry-in activities.
- Lead civil, sitework, excavation, utility, and structural construction activities from project start through dry-in.
- Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules to achieve critical milestones.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and field personnel to ensure high-quality execution.
- Coordinate concrete, structural steel, framing, and podium construction activities.
- Monitor project controls, documentation, safety compliance, and quality assurance processes.
- Identify and proactively resolve schedule, manpower, and constructability challenges.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

For the Civil / Structural Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent, Structural Superintendent, Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
- Extensive multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction experience.
- Strong experience with podium construction, concrete structures, and large-scale site development.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $50M+; experience on $100M+ projects highly preferred.
- Expertise in scheduling, project controls, and field coordination.
- Experience using Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or comparable construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
- Self-starter capable of operating effectively within a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment.
- Stable career history with demonstrated project success and long-term tenure.
